The West Valley Screen & Pitch Special Interest Group meets on the THIRD SATURDAY OF EACH MONTH.  We welcome screen writers and fiction writers alike.

NEXT MONTH: Practice pitching your ideas and get feedback, or have up to 10 pages of a script or up to five pages of a story (short, long, novel, fiction or nonfiction) read and get feedback.  If you are having trouble with the structure of your story or script, we can help you with that, too.  The SIG meets at the home of Marc Cushman in the West San Fernando Valley on the third Saturday of each month at 3 p.m. and usually runs for two-and-ahalf hours. Like all AWG SIGs, the West Valley Screen & Pitch SIG is for fully-paid members of the AWG.  Guests are welcome to "sit in" at one meeting at no charge.  If you are interested in attending, please RSVP to marccushman@aol.com

Bring up to 10 pages of a script you are working on that can be performed by those in attendance (have enough copies for all characters), or discuss story structure, or practice a pitch.  Feedback will be given on all.
