Fellow AWGers,
It is time to start thinking about writing a script for our "Let's Make a Movie Contest." We have a title - "Emails from the Other Side" - and a logline - "A successful but suicidal trial lawyer's slimy ex-fiance e-mails her from hell with a request for her to defend him in his upcoming trial against the best prosecutor in the world... the devil.”
It is time to start thinking about writing a script for our "Let's Make a Movie Contest." We have a title - "Emails from the Other Side" - and a logline - "A successful but suicidal trial lawyer's slimy ex-fiance e-mails her from hell with a request for her to defend him in his upcoming trial against the best prosecutor in the world... the devil.”
And now we have a "treatment," AKA "Story Outline" (see below). Please refer to it as you think about how you might want to approach writing a 20 page script, then standby for an announcement (to be posted here and sent out as an email e-vite to all members) for a story conference at Marc Cushman's house later this month.
